Routing with Wanpipe®
WANPIPE combines internal megabit modem cards (T1 cards) and software that add the functionality of a WAN router to your existing server.
Whether your WAN is based on ATM, Frame Relay, PPP or HDLC over any of T1, E1, J1 or ADSL or even 56kbps DDS links, WANPIPE® eliminates the cost, complexity, and clutter of old-style external boxes. WANPIPE® also supports serial V.35/X.21/ RS422/RS485/RS232 links for installations using separate DCE equipment.
Your server is already a router: All it needs to completely eliminate expensive and complex external boxes is Sangoma's internal modem cards (T1 cards) and WANPIPE ® drivers to connect your server directly to the Telco interface.
