SANGOMA TECHNOLOGIES SIGNS SIGNIFICANT OEM AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY OF VOICE-RELATED PCI PRODUCTS

Agreement to result in sales of between $0.5 million and $1.5 million per year

TORONTO – November 13, 2006 -- Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSXV: STC) (www.sangoma.com), a leading provider of connectivity hardware and software products for VoIP, TDM voice, WANs and Internet infrastructure, announced today that it has signed a significant supply agreement with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for its voice related PCI and PCI-Express hardware.

The agreement solidifies an informal sales arrangement under which deliveries have been made to date. The agreement is anticipated to generate between $500,000 and $1.5-million per year in Sangoma sales.
